Abacus has strategically aligned itself to capitalize on the robust life sciences and research and development expertise that Israel has to offer

Aidance Scientific and Abacus Health Products are companies rooted in scientific discovery and emerging technologies. The country of Israel is a world leader in the advancement of biosciences and agriculture, notably medical cannabis research. Perry Antelman, Chief Executive Officer of Abacus Health Products, and his family have spent decades researching and discovering emerging technologies in Israel to substantiate and develop a pipeline of products for both Abacus and Aidance.

Perry’s Father, Dr. Marvin Antelman, a widely published chemist, dedicated his life to researching the synergy between science and nature and the health benefits of natural products. He conducted research with institutions around the world, notably as a consultant to the nuclear physics department at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel. Aside from his numerous discoveries in the fields of science and medicine, perhaps his most notable contribution was discovering the unique all-natural broad spectrum antimicrobial that sits at the heart of the Aidance formulations today.

Intellectual property support and research on behalf of Aidance and Abacus is conducted in Israel. Aidance and Abacus source ingredients for their all-natural formulations from farmers and businesses throughout the country as well as enlist the help of leading scientists from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa and the Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan.

Israel continues to be a major reason for the success of both Aidance and Abacus. To capitalize on the robust life science expertise that Israel has to offer, Abacus has strategically opened a subsidiary in Tel Aviv, which undertakes a number of activities including Research & Development, Marketing, Business Development and International Sales.
